From the Innsmouth Observer, September 6

Revolutionary, new wifi service for Innsmouth Library

The Innsmouth Library has introduced a new, free wifi service for avid readers and community members. According to the Chief Librarian, Venal Marsh, the new service not only gives access to the world wide web, but also represents a quantum advance on web latency.

According to hardware engineer Camposanto Muñoz, latency is often limited by the quality of cabling. The new method does away with the flow of information through cabling to produce extreme amounts of fast bandwidth for lucky users.

In the same announcement, Chief Venal Marsh requested library users to wear rubber shoes and try to keep both feet on the ground while seated, for the sake of silence in the library. He also noted that readers should be dry to prevent unwanted damage to books.
